Physical merchandise is made to order. Allow an estimated 2–7 business days for production, then 3–8 business days for US delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Leave extra time before your sailing. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Shipping details.

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because merchandise is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email luckycruisin@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. Read the refund policy for details. Your rights under applicable law are not affected.
How do the sizes fit?
Open “Size & fit help” on the product page before ordering. Sizing can differ between styles. If a verified measurement chart is not available for your chosen style, email us for sizing help before placing your order. Do not assume your size in one item will fit the same in another.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Once your order goes into production, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
